IBPS PO Cutoffs are applied in two stages:
  1. On the individual test
  2. On total score

3 Stages of IBPS PO Mains Cutoff

Stage 1: Prelims– Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing minimum IBPS PO Mains cutoff marks to be decided by IBPS.
Stage 2: Mains – Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum IBPS PO Mains cutoff in each test of Online Main examination and also a minimum total score to be shortlisted for interview.
Stage 3: Interview : The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks or cut-off in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
These final cut offs for provisional allotment are based on normalized weighted scores of Mains and Interview and are out of 100. Our experts have applied a simple formula to estimate these final cut offs (as mentioned in the table above).

This need has led to the formation of the Marine Products Export Promotion Council (MPEPC) by the Government of India in September 1961. Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The person should be a Chartered Accountant or B.Tech. or having 2 years full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or Economics
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Candidates having required education qualification or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 8 years with specification as given above.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : 6 years of relevant post qualification experience in Government/development project. Should have sound concept of World Bank procurement policy

Programme Manager-Procurement Post - 1(UR) Job Description The person would be responsible for preparing Annual Plan for procurement of Goods, Works & Services required, designing of tender documents including Expressions of Interest (EoIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) etc. S/he will look after contract negotiations and appointment of agency according to NRLM procurement principles. S/he will also oversee the entire procurement process including co-ordination with experts for technical evaluation, conducting financial evaluation, negotiation with preferred bidders etc.S/he will assist SPM-Procurement in prioritizing, assigning, supervising and reviewing procurement work within organization. S/he will work with the District and Block team on procurement related matter and provide training to the staff on Procurement issues.

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The person should have 2 years’ full time regular Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management / Business Administration / Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) /Social Work/ from a recognized University/ institute
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : S/he should have minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working with reputed poverty reduction programme/ rural development programme/ livelihoods programme with proven grassroots and managerial exposure of programme
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Candidates should be well versed in MS office. Good writing and communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : The person will support thematic lead/deputy lead (SPM/PM) in executing assigned responsibilities, maintain necessary documentation, collection of relevant thematic data/ information, conducting analysis of information, coordinating studies, compiling progress and other periodic reports, managing communication with external agencies/stakeholders, dealing administrative issues and maintaining records of the unit. S/he will also be responsible for overseeing effective organisations of various events being conducted by the concerned domain, coordinate for field visits and help in conducting reviews and monitoring. Being based at the state headquarters, s/he will be responsible for coordination with other units of JSLPS.

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : 3 years relevant post qualification experience in Accounts & finance with reputed financial firms or non-government organization

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : 1. Accurate and timely settlement of Staff travel, communication allowances, petty cash & consultant etc. with due considerations to deductions (advances, loans, taxes). 2. Timely processing of all types of vendor payments. 3. Co-ordinate with the vendors/parties for any queries on the invoice/bill 4. Preparation of TDS Statements, Vat statement and filing it on regular basis Consolidation of PF Statements and online filing of ECR. 5. Timely deposit of TDS, PT and PF. 6. All types of vouchers entry in Tally ERP9 and coordinate with all DMMU units for IUFR. 7. Any other duties assigned by the Finance Head.

District Manager

Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Ranging from Rs.25,000 – Rs.40,000 (all-inclusive and purely based on quality of experience and education).
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The person should have two years’ full time regular PG Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management /Social Work/Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) from a recognized University/Institute. ( Candidates having required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 6 years with specification as given above.)
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : /he should have minimum 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working with community mobilisation, institution building, community training programme in large scale poverty reduction/ rural development /livelihoods programme/project run by Government /reputed NGOs /CSR initiatives.

Mentoring and guidance to Block Unit functional in the district in effective implementation of Social Mobilisation and Institutions Building interventions. 3. However, required relevant experience for them would be 4 years with specification as given above)

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The person should be working under the guidance of District Finance Manager and District Programme Manager and responsible for the followings. 1. Ensuring smooth functioning of all accounting & Audit systems at District Unit and concerning Block units. 2. Managing and monitoring of accounting system. 3. Periodic financial reporting to the State unit and coordinating with internal auditors. 4. Providing guidance and training to Block and district level accountants in proper book keeping & accounting. 5. Following due diligence of financial management system and building a transparent accounting systems at district and block level. 6. Ensuring regular keeping of accounts and books of records. 7. Assisting DM-Finance and DPM in complying with statutory requirement, timely payment and required financial reporting.
