Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The person should have 2 years’ full time regular Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management / Business Administration / Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) /Social Work/ from a recognized University/ institute
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : S/he should have minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working with reputed poverty reduction programme/ rural development programme/ livelihoods programme with proven grassroots and managerial exposure of programme
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Candidates should be well versed in MS office. Good writing and communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : The person will support thematic lead/deputy lead (SPM/PM) in executing assigned responsibilities, maintain necessary documentation, collection of relevant thematic data/ information, conducting analysis of information, coordinating studies, compiling progress and other periodic reports, managing communication with external agencies/stakeholders, dealing administrative issues and maintaining records of the unit. S/he will also be responsible for overseeing effective organisations of various events being conducted by the concerned domain, coordinate for field visits and help in conducting reviews and monitoring. Being based at the state headquarters, s/he will be responsible for coordination with other units of JSLPS.

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : 1. Accurate and timely settlement of Staff travel, communication allowances, petty cash & consultant etc. with due considerations to deductions (advances, loans, taxes). 2. Timely processing of all types of vendor payments. 3. Co-ordinate with the vendors/parties for any queries on the invoice/bill 4. Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : The person should have two years’ full time regular PG Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management /Social Work/Agriculture and allied (10+2+4) from a recognized University/Institute. ( Candidates having required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 6 years with specification as given above.)
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : /he should have minimum 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working with community mobilisation, institution building, community training programme in large scale poverty reduction/ rural development /livelihoods programme/project run by Government /reputed NGOs /CSR initiatives.
